It is uniformly heated and is not easy to crystallize, precipitate, or coke. 3. It is convenient to adopt advanced control methods. Due to the fact that the concentration process of the series is mainly controlled by the temperature of each effect, the system operates with stable parameters, making it easy to use advanced automatic control and human-machine interface control Controlling equipment costs is relatively low, which greatly facilitates the implementation of fully automated production of traditional Chinese medicine.

4. Advanced and reasonable structural design. In terms of structure, we adopt an optimized design scheme and use advanced liquid distribution devices for the distribution of feed liquid and the flow inside the tube, so that the material can enter each heating tube evenly. At the same time, we use high-quality imported inner wall mirror tubes as heating tubes, which make the flow resistance of the material inside the tube small, the speed fast, and not easy to precipitate and scale. To improve the yield of concentration, the system is equipped with advanced mist traps that have strong ability to eliminate mist entrainment, with a separation efficiency of up to 96-99% and low resistance reduction.
